The staff made my partner's birthday lovely! A beautifully decorated room awaited us with champagne and a birthday cake.

Incredible breakfast with a wide array of options, surprising and immaculately clean place. A wide array of outstanding food for meals. Nice pool, good location near the main fire station.

Beautifuly designed hotel where an outstanding breakfast was served. New-fashioned deluxe queen room and the bed was extremely comfy. The location was amazing - very close to the best beach as well as nice restaurants. All the dishes were outstanding, nevertheless you can visit nearby Chamuyo Restaurant...

The location was ideal for accessing the

Beach and local shops, just a short walk away. The noise from nearby nightlife made it a bit challenging to get restful sleep.

Overall it was well-equipped and big on the upper floors. Marvellous and perfect location for visiting bars and restaurants next to the hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and outstanding and had plenty of meals. The staff was accommodating, and the service was great.

Great location! The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. Access to the pools and gym added fun to our stay! Food at the restaurant was delicious, too.

Some staff were rude when I had questions! Noise from the busy street kept me awake at night. The hotel lacks beachfront access which is a downside.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms is a major drawback!!! Sirens from the nearby fire station, noisy upstairs neighbors, and street traffic. Shower pressure needs improvement!!!

The location was perfect for exploring Medano Beach and the marina on foot. The decor was vibrant and set a cheerful atmosphere for our stay. The staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast, where the food options exceeded expectations. Relaxing by the pool with live music was another highlight.

Dude, the poolside vibes and live music at Kamu were lit! I found some killer tacos at Santo Seafood & Cantina nearby that totally blew my taste buds away. Plus, the staff were super chill.

Staff took too long to replace toilet paper.

Fantastic location, great staff!

The location made it easy to explore the local area on foot, with the beach and downtown just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly made sandwiches, and coffee was great. Noise levels from the lower floors were disruptive at times, and staff lacked promptness during busy hours, possibly due to high occupancy. And to request items like laundry bags could improve the stay.

my first night was ruined by loud music until 4am (very thin walls). the location is perfect for exploring downtown and the beach (great spot! ). staff was super helpful, especially with our dog (poppy appreciated it! rooms were modern and clean (very nice!
